What does my fee include?
The registration fee covers admission, the symposium guide, the symposium 1GB jump drive containing the complete slides from each presentation, as well as breakfast, lunch, and snacks.
Can I pay by check for the symposium?
When you are completing the online registration, click on pay by check and then make your check payable to:

What is the cancellation policy?
50% of the registration amount is refundable up to 6 weeks prior to the symposium. However, the registration is fully transferable with notice given in advance to the Symposium Series Director. Send an email to the Director and include symposium name, symposium dates, name of registrant/email address, and the new attendee, email address.
W-9 Request
If your company needs a copy of our W-9, please contact Libby Zimmerman at [email protected]. Please state the event name and your need of a W-9 and she will email you a PDF copy of Big Sky Technology's current W-9.
